We empower people to solve complex problems by creating data-driven digital experiences
Initially we will work to understand your requirements and proposed objectives, defining which solutions are already taken into consideration and to ponder new innovations.
Our second stage focuses on providing a tailored, user centered proposal, ranging from database infrastructure all the way to wireframe and prototype design for digital applications.
We deploy our action plan and start engaging with the creation of the solution we have collaboratively designed, be it providing technical support, product development or machine learning training.
Getting client’s requirements
Solution proposal & project estimation
Detailed analysis & PRD
After having sufficient information, we make a rough estimation to define the time frame and budget, together with a brief description of our solution.
We give our clients a rough estimation to facilitate understanding how fast they can get their product, how much it will cost them, and what main technologies will be used.

We give our clients a rough estimation to facilitate understanding how fast they can get their product, how much it will cost them, and what main technologies will be used.
Once our proposed solution fits the client needs, we create a scope estimation that includes a timeline with iterations, acceptance criteria, deadlines, etc.
At this stage, the client can give us their additional concerns and expectations regarding the development process and the final result so we can use them in the detailed analysis.
In case the project requires further detail, we start our PRD process with functional and non-functional requirements and wireframes. Depending on the product specification, PRD may include diagrams, user story, role, permission, and/or risk matrix, etc.
At this final stage of project estimation, we give our clients a full picture of their product development process, as detailed as it can be. The Product Requirements Document and product specification cover logic, functionality, design, and every other compound of both product and project.
Data lifecycle is a key concept for an organic information distribution within the organization system, be it data related information or technical expert knowledge.
Tomas had the pleasure of dictating a lecture on Data Models for Justice Administration at the Argentinian Catholic University, being this a part of the LLM on Justice Administration & oral Litigation provided by the institution.
We continue dictating our Legaltech Executive Course at the University of CEMA, having the participation of great speakers and aiming towards our final hackathon evaluation.
